Plain-language summary
We collect only the information needed to operate LoanMob, help match available lender offers, improve the app, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. Matching may require sharing selected profile and preference information with partner lenders or service providers so they can determine whether they may show an offer.
LoanMob is designed to compare potential loan matches without asking for government ID, bank card details, contacts, photos, precise location, or storage permissions in the LoanMob matching flow.
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights available under applicable law.

5. How we share information
We may share information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy.
Partner lenders and loan matching providers
When you use LoanMob to compare matches, we may share selected loan preferences and basic profile details with partner lenders, loan matching providers, or lead marketplace partners so they can determine whether an offer may be available. These partners are responsible for their own lending decisions, eligibility rules, disclosures, APR, fees, repayment terms, and funding.
Service providers
We may use vendors that help us host the service, store data, provide analytics, deliver notifications, prevent fraud, process support requests, and maintain app security. These providers may process information only for the services they provide to us.
Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect the rights and safety of users or others, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our terms.
Business transfers
If LoanMob is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell government ID numbers, bank account numbers, contacts, photos, or precise location data because LoanMob does not ask for those categories in the matching flow.
6. Analytics, advertising, cookies, and similar technologies
LoanMob may use analytics tools, crash reporting tools, advertising SDKs, cookies, or similar technologies to measure performance, understand app usage, improve the service, prevent abuse, and support advertising where permitted.
These tools may collect or receive information such as device identifiers, Advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, app interactions, diagnostics, and ad interaction events. You can limit ad personalization through your device settings where available.
Third-party services may process data under their own privacy policies. Examples may include Google services such as Google Play, Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, Crashlytics, and Google AdMob if they are integrated in the app.
7. Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information based on one or more of the following:
- Contract: to provide LoanMob features you request.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No internet or mobile service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide LoanMob, support matching and saved-offer features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it where reasonably possible.
9. International data transfers
LoanMob may be operated from, and service providers may process information in, countries different from where you live. When information is transferred internationally, we take steps designed to protect it according to this policy and applicable law.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
California and other U.S. state residents may have additional rights, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, use, disclose, or share; the right to request deletion or correction; and the right to opt out of certain sharing or targeted advertising where applicable.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, underwriting, credit decisions, or disclosures of third parties.
